Deb joined the Residential Services Team in January 2022 as the Program Manager for Resident Assistant Recruitment, Selection and Training initiatives. Prior to joining the team at 麻豆最新出品, Deb has held a variety of positions across Residential and Fraternity & Sorority Life throughout the Southeast. She has served as a volunteer facilitating engaging programs with a wide variety of fraternal organizations, including Alpha Gamma Delta, Phi Kappa Psi, and Sigma Kappa and has been recognized for her case study work, partnering with students to solve intense and critical problems in communities.
Professionally, her interests include student leadership, training, development and creating change in the lives of students and staff through sharing her love outside of work of Disney and the change management principals she’s learned through the Disney Institute. Her biggest lesson she shares with others is that it’s okay to be off-task as long as you’re on purpose! This allows her to meet people where they are, build relationships and create positive change in communities she’s engaged in.
Outside of work, Deb enjoys cooking, baking and all things Disney… in fact if she’s on vacation, you’re likely going to find her at a Disney park with her partner, Sean and son Sidney. She has taught her cat, Paco, tricks for treats and firmly believes that Buzz Lightyear can fly, as evidenced in her house on a regular basis. She’s an avid college football fan, and on an average Saturday you can find her glued to the television watching her beloved Georgia Bulldogs!
