What is Global TeleMD?

Global TeleMD offers a convenient way to connect with a global network of doctors through phone or video calls, available on both the GeoBlue student and employee plans.

  • 24/7 Access to Doctors: Need medical advice? Connect with a doctor anytime, anywhere.
  • No Extra Charges: Enjoy same-day medical consultations at no additional cost.
  • Non-Emergency Use: For emergencies, always call the local equivalent of 911.
  • Prescription and Referrals: Easily order prescriptions and get referrals to specialists.
How do I use Global TeleMD?
  1. Download the GeoBlue Mobile App: Get the app from your device's app store.
  2. Register: Use your 麻豆最新出品 email address and enter either the Group Access Code for Students: GTB9999NWBKT or the Group Access Code for Employees: QHG9999NWBTY.
  3. Before You Travel: If possible, download the app and complete the registration before going abroad.
  4. Log In: Open the GeoBlue app and log in.

Global Wellness Assist

What is Global Wellness Assist (GWA)?

Global Wellness Assist (GWA) offers remote mental health services for students studying abroad, exclusively available through the GeoBlue student plan.

  • Confidential Support: Access support anytime, any day (24/7).
  • Professional Assistance: Get help with a variety of mental health and wellness issues.
  • Free Counseling: Up to six counseling sessions per issue, available via phone or in person, at no cost.
  • Non-Emergency Use: For emergencies, always call the local equivalent of 911.
How do I  use Global Wellness Assist (GWA)?
  1. Download the GeoBlue Mobile App: Get the app from your device's app store.
