Drop In Meditation
Meditation is traditionally practiced in a group setting with the guidance of a teacher. Join these weekly sessions to develop a new meditation habit, expand your current practice, and to connect with a community of contemplation on our campus.
Wednesdays during the Academic Quarter
- Guided Meditation/Mindfulness Practice | 12:15-12:45 pm | Multi-Belief Space, Parkes 204
Fridays during the Academic Quarter
- Mindful Movement | 3:30-4 pm | Multi-Belief Space, Parkes 204 (accessible to all levels and abilities)
- Guided Meditation/Mindfulness Practice | 4-4:30 pm | Multi-Belief Space, Parkes 204 (followed by snacks and community time)
Open to all students, staff and faculty. Each week will focus on a different approach to mindfulness practice (about 20 minutes total) with a short time for guided reflection and Q & A. No previous experience is necessary! Questions? Contact Eric Budzynski (e-budzynski@northwestern.edu)
